Chapter 3 — Dialogue in Steam
Not silence — conversation.
Let the heat loosen you up.
This sauna is private, reserved for your group alone.
There is no "keep quiet in the sauna" rule here.
In the heat, job titles melt away, and things you'd never say at the office come out.
Just like the rest of your time in this house, talk with the person next to you.

into quiet talk under the lamps.

Guest Reviews
In our guests' words.
A private space so full of nature, we forgot we were in Tokyo — the sauna and the barbecue were a real escape from everyday life. Finding stag beetles and taking it slow to the sound of cicadas was special. The best!
The men made the most of the sauna, cooling off in the cold plunge and soaking up the great outdoors of Ome. … Above all, the engawa veranda was wonderful — we truly got to savor a good old Japanese kominka, and we're completely satisfied.
We loved the peaceful scenery, with mountains and SUP on the lake just a few stations away — so much nature to enjoy. I'd highly recommend it to anyone worn out by the rush of the city.
From the bed to the linens, our sleep was so cozy & comfortable … This is the perfect spot for a get away from the city, taking a beat from a hurried travel schedule to just come hang out in nature.
One of my best traveling experiences in Tokyo. There’s 10 of us and the beds are plenty enough for all of us. … Definitely gonna come again!!
